Bladder cancer(BCa)is the ninth most common cancer in the world and the highest incidence of malignant tumors in the urinary system.Smoking is currently the leading cause of BCa,accounting for about 50%,and it has been listed as an independent risk factor.Occupational exposure to aromatic amines,aromatic polycyclic hydrocarbons and other substances are important risk factors.High arsenic increases the risk of BCa.Genetic susceptibility is also a risk factor for recent hot research.Chemotherapy or radiotherapy may increase the risk of BCa.The above factors are the main part of the current research on the etiology of BCa,which aims to prevent and better treat BCa.
