摘要
膀胱癌(BCa)是世界第九大最常见的癌症,是泌尿系统中发病率排名第一的恶性肿瘤.BCa的致病因素中,吸烟目前排在首位,大约占 50%,已被列为独立的危险因素.职业性接触芳香胺、芳香多环烃等是重要的危险因素.高砷会增加患BCa的风险.遗传易感性也是最近热门研究的危险因素.化疗或放疗会增加BCa的风险.以上因素是当前研究BCa病因方面的主要部分,其目的是预防及更好地治疗BCa.
Abstract
Bladder cancer(BCa)is the ninth most common cancer in the world and the highest incidence of malignant tumors in the urinary system.Smoking is currently the leading cause of BCa,accounting for about 50%,and it has been listed as an independent risk factor.Occupational exposure to aromatic amines,aromatic polycyclic hydrocarbons and other substances are important risk factors.High arsenic increases the risk of BCa.Genetic susceptibility is also a risk factor for recent hot research.Chemotherapy or radiotherapy may increase the risk of BCa.The above factors are the main part of the current research on the etiology of BCa,which aims to prevent and better treat BCa.
