Clinical Effect of Floating Needle Reperfusion Therapy in the Treatment of Cervicogenic Vertigo
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of floating needle reperfusion therapy in the treatment of cervicogenic vertigo.Method:100 cases of patients with cervicogenic vertigo admitted to Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received warm needle intervention, and patients in the observation group received floating needle reperfusion therapy intervention. At the end of the treatment course, the treatment effect of the patients was evaluated using the Cervical Vertigo Symptom and Function Assessment Scale, and the Visual Analogu Scale(VAS)and carotid Doppler examination results of the two groups were compared.Result:There were 8 cases of ineffective treatment in the patients in the observation group and 22 cases of ineffective treatment in the patients in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the pain level of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the PSV and EDV levels of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle reperfusion therapy for cervicogenic vertigo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the therapeutic effect is clear.Compared with the traditional warm needle, floating needle re-infusion therapy can relieve patients'pain better and improve the problem of insufficient cerebral blood supply.
