The Regulatory Effect of the Combination of Teprenone and Esomeprazole on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Patients with Peptic Ulcers
Objective:To explore the regulatory effects of the combination of teprenone and esomeprazole on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with peptic ulcers.Method:A total of 105 patients with peptic ulcer treated in Jinjiang City Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control(n=53)group and a study group(n=52)by random number table method.Esomeprazole treatment and teprenone combined with Esomeprazole treatment were applied respectively. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors, immune indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the two groups was cpmpared, and the control group was lower than the study group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention, and the levels of IL-1,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention, the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG indicators in the two groups significantly increased compared with those before the intervention, and the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of teprenone and esomeprazole can effectively promote the healing of peptic ulcers, improve inflammatory factors and immune function.
