Clinical Efficacy and Safety of the Quick-prick Method in the Treatment of Pediatric Multiple Tic Disorders
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pediatric multiple tic disorders treated with tachyphylaxis and the safety of the treatment.Method:74 children with multiple tic disorders admitted to the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the double-blind method, with 37 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with thiabendazole hydrochloride tablets, and the children in the experimental group were treated with the rapid stabbing method. The total effective rate of treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score, tics and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of children.Result:Compared with the control group, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as mental burnout, motor twitching, irritability and irritability were significantly reduced in the experimental group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the children in the experimental group had a more significant reduction in tic after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid-prick method is effective in the treatment of pediatric multiple tic disorders, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, reduce tics, and has high therapeutic safety.
