Analysis of the Effects of Radial Multi-incision Drainage with Floating Line on Elderly Patients with Perianal Abscess
Objective:To explore the effect of using radial multi incision floating line drainage for elderly patients with perianal abscess.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients with perianal abscess from the First Hospital of Nanping City from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method, with 48 patients in the control group and 52 patients in the observation group. They received separately multi incision drainage and radial multi incision floating line drainage, respectively. The clinical efficacy, degree of pain, anal function and inflammatory factors of two groups of patients were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.08%,which was higher than 85.42%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group 3 days,1 week, and 3 weeks after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, the Wexner scores of the two groups of patients were less than those before surgery, and the observation group had lower scores than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After operation,TNF-α and IL-4 were decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using radial multi incision floating line drainage for elderly patients with perianal abscess can effectively improve clinical efficacy, alleviate pain, improve anal function, and reduce inflammatory response.
