Clinical Efficacy of Methylprednisolone Combined with Clinical Intervention Pathway in the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children and Its Effect on Symptom Improvement Time
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of methylprednisolone and clinical intervention in pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Method:A total of 80 children with asthmatic bronchitis treated in Dongtai People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methylprednisolone for injection sodium succinate, and the observation group received methylprednisolone combined with clinical intervention pathway, and the clinical curative effect and influence on symptom improvement time were analyzed.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than of control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of observation group was shorter than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with clinical intervention pathway in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children can improve the clinical effect, shorten the time of symptom improvement and promote the regression of inflammation.
