The Effect of Structural Psychological Intervention Mode on Physical Stress Response and the Results of Urodynamic Examination in Children
Objective:To explore the application effect of structural psychological intervention mode in urodynamic examination of children.Method:142 children who received urodynamic examination in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method.71 children in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while 71 children in the intervention group were given structural psychological nursing intervention mode based on routine nursing intervention.The physical stress reaction,the compatibility,the effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result:10 min before examination,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 2 groups were higher than those of 1 day before examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the comparison difference of intervention group was not significant(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group 10min before examination(P<0.05).The good and good rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The measurement time and frequency of intervention group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of examination-related adverse reactions was lower in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The structural psychological intervention mode can reduce the physical stress response of children with urodynamic examination,improve the cooperation of children with examination,help to shorten the measurement time,reduce the number of measurements,and reduce the adverse reactions related to examination.
