Study on the Effect of Stepped Psychological Care Combined with Preoperative Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Patients Undergoing Radical Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of stepped psychological care combined with preoperative exercise rehabilitation training on patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery.Method:90 patients who underwent radical lung cancer surgery in the People's Hospital of Dangyang City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by using the method of randomized number table,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing interventions,while patients in the study group were given stepped psychological care combined with preoperative exercise rehabilitation training.Pulmonary function,complications,quality of life,psychological flexibility,self-perceived burden and adherence to rehabilitation exercises were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of lung function,quality of life,psychological flexibility and self-perceived burden(P>0.05).After the intervention,the level of pulmonary function,quality of life,psychological elasticity and adherence to rehabilitation exercise of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of self-perceived burden and the rate of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ladder psychological care combined with preoperative exercise rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden of patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery,improve the level of psychological resilience and adherence to rehabilitation exercises,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients,improve the lung function of patients and thus promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
