Effectiveness of Multidimensional Nursing Collaboration Interventions in X-ray Fecal Imaging Examinations
Objective:To explore the efficacy of multidimensional nursing collaboration interventions in x-ray fecalography.Method:340 patients who received X-ray fecal imaging examination in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and all the study subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group after entering their general information into the computer to generate a randomized sequence, with 170 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care, while the patients in the observation group were given multidimensional nursing care with intervention on this basis. The intestinal cleansing effect, nursing satisfaction, emotional state and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of good intestinal cleansing of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patient care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate volatility of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The state anxiety(SA)score and trait anxiety(TA)score in the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SATI)of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of all adverse events and the total incidence rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A multidimensional care coordination intervention helped to improve bowel cleanliness and patient satisfaction with care, and the magnitude of mood swings and incidence of adverse events were lower in patients during X-ray defecography.
