Application of Modified Patient Participation Subjective Comprehensive Rating Scale in Nutritional Assessment of Patients with Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of the modified subjective comprehensive rating scale of patient participation in nutrition assessment of patients with colorectal cancer.Method:78 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method.39 patients in the control group were assessed by the conventional subjective comprehensive rating scale,and 39 patients in the study group were assessed by the improved subjective comprehensive rating scale.According to the results of nutritional evaluation,targeted nutritional intervention measures were taken for patients,and the effect of intervention on the two groups was observed.Result:The protein and energy intake effects of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,the nutritional status indexes were higher,the inflammatory factor levels were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the modified subjective comprehensive assessment scale with patient participation in the nutritional assessment of patients with colorectal cancer can accurately assess the nutritional status of patients,and it has the value of popularization.
