Analysis of the Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Patients after Liver and Gallbladder Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after hepatobiliary surgery.Method:A total of 82 patients receiving hepatobiliary surgery treatment in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received routine postoperative nutritional support, while the observation group received early enteral nutritional support. The clinical effects, nutritional indicators and gastrointestinal function recovery after the intervention were analyzed.Result:After the intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,while the control group was 85.37%.It was found that the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. In addition, the nutritional indexes prognostic nutritional index(PNI),prealbumin(PA)and serum albumin(ALB)in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of gastrointestinal function recovery, the observation group had shorter postoperative first anal exhaust, bowel sound recovery time first meal time, and hospitalization time than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PNI,PA and ALB between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition intervention after liver and gallbladder surgery can promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, shorten hospitalization time, improve nutritional status, and have a safe and reliable intervention effect.
