Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Intervention in HPEM Mode on Improving the Cardiac Function of Patients with Angina Pectoris after PCI
Objective:To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation intervention measures in HPEM mode on improving the cardiac function of patients with angina pectoris after PCI.Method:A total of 96 patients with angina pectoris after PCI treated in the hospital from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into test group and reference group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The reference group was given postoperative routine nursing measures, and the experimental group was given cardiac rehabilitation intervention measures under HPEM mode.Cardiac function indexes,6MWT and GQOLI-74 scores,AHSMSRS scores and SAQ scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention, and adverse cardiovascular events were observed between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,LVEF was higher,bu LVESD and LVEDD levels were lower in experimental group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,6MWT and GQOLI-74 scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,AHSMSRS and SAQ scores of experimental group were higher after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in experimental group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 18.75%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation interventions in HPEM mode can improve the cardiac function, exercise ability and quality of life, and reduce adverse cardiovascular events in patients with angina pectoris after PCI.
