Effect of Breast Reconstruction with Immediate Postoperative Prosthesis Implantation on Postoperative Complications and Aesthetic Evaluation of Breast Cancer Patients
Objective:To investigate the impact of breast reconstruction with immediate postoperative prosthetic implants in breast cancer patients.Method:50 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random casting,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mastectomy for breast cancer,and patients in the observation group were treated with mastectomy and immediate prosthesis implantation for breast reconstruction.The breast shape and symmetry,psychological state,need fulfillment,satisfaction and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Six months after the operation,the excellent rate and satisfaction of breast shape and symmetry of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the improvement of psychological state and need satisfaction were better than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Immediate postoperative breast reconstruction with prosthesis implantation can not only effectively guarantee the shape and symmetry of the breast meet the demand for beauty,but also reduce their psychological pressure and improve their satisfaction with the surgical treatment,with high safety.
