Effects of Naloxone Combined with Xingnaojing on Emergency Patients with Acute Alcoholism
Objective:To study the effect of adding Xingnaojing to naloxone therapy in patients with Acute alcoholism(AA)Method:A total of 91 AA patients admitted to Jianli People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into a combination group consisted of 45 cases and a single medication group consisted of 46 cases according to random nomber method. The single drug group was treated with naloxone, and the combined group was treated with Xingnaojing on the basis of the single drug group. The treatment effect, neurotransmitter level, oxygen metabolism index level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time, speech recovery time and walking recovery time in combination group were shorter than those in single medication group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neurotransmitters in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the combined group was lower than the single drug group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the content of arterial blood oxygen and saturation of blood oxygen in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment, and the combined group was higher than the single drug group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing can significantly improve the neurotransmitter level in patients with emergency acute alcoholism, and also can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the oxygen metabolism status, which is safe and feasible.
