Analysis of Psychological Crisis Level and its Related Influencing Factors in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis
Objective:To investigate the factors influencing the level of psychological crisis in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis(HBC)in order to guide the clinical formulation of interventions.Method:78 HBC patients admitted to Putian College Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The level of psychological crisis feeling of all patients was assessed[Trinage Assessment Form(TAF)].The baseline information questionnaire was designed to count the baseline information of all patients in detail,compared the TAF scores of HBC patients with different information characteristics,and focus on analyzing the influencing factors of the psychological crisis feeling level of HBC patients.Result:The mean TAF score of 78 HBC patients was(44.65±5.82)points.The difference between TAF scores of HBC patients with different disease duration,family caring,psychological resilience and literacy level was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in TAF scores of HBC patients with different monthly per capita family incomes,jobs,places of residence,ages,marital status and genders were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the factors influencing the level of psychological crisis in HBC patients were low cultural level,low family care,low psychological resilience and short duration of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of psychological crisis in HBC patients was at an intermediate level,and the factors influencing the level of psychological crisis in HBC patients were low literacy,low family care,low psychological resilience and short duration of the disease.
