Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Dingchuan Tang Combined with Allergic Decoction for the Treatment of Patients with Phlegm Heat Depression and Lung Syndrome during Acute Exacerbation of Allergic Asthma
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Dingchuan Tang combined with Allergic Decoction and modified ingredients in the treatment of patients with phlegm heat stagnation and lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of allergic asthma.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of allergic asthma with phlegm heat depression and lung syndrome treated at Jiangle County General Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups using a double-blind method.The control group consisted of 50 cases received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group consisted of 50 cases received additional treatment with Dingchuan Tang and Allergic Decoction in addition to conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were compared,Simultaneously observe the improvement of lung function and the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 76%,which significantly lower than the 90%total effective rate of the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant decrease in the level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores after treatment,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC indicators in the experimental group significantly increased after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10%in the control group and 8%in the experimental group,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with phlegm heat stagnation and lung syndrome during acute attacks of allergic asthma,the combination of Dingchuan Tang and Allergic Decoction has shown positive clinical efficacy,accelerated the relief of symptoms,promoted the improvement of lung function,and has high safety,with high clinical application value.
