The Application Effect of Chinese Medicine Acupoint Massage Combined with Chinese Medicine Hard Paste in Pelvic Inflammation
Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM acupoint massage on patients with pelvic inflammation.Method:92 patients with pelvic inflammation admitted to Zhijin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group implemented TCM acupuncture massage combined with Chinese medicine hard paste nursing,and all continued nursing for 1 week.Pain level,immune function,inflammatory response,quality of life were compared in the two groups.Before the nursing,there was no significant difference in the comparison of pain level,immune function,inflammatory response,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group.Immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels were all higher than those of the control group.Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were lower than those of the control group,the scores in the quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture massage combined with Chinese medicine hard paste nursing can reduce the pain and inflammation,enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life.
