Influencing Factors of Short-term Cough after Pneumonectomy
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of short-term cough after pneumonectomy and analyze the preventive measures.Method:Data of 120 patients who received pneumonectomy from March 2020 to March 2023 in the hospital were selected by using retrospective analysis method, and the incidence rate of postoperative short-term intolerable cough was analyzed. The influencing factors were analyzed, and the preventive intervention measures were proposed.Result:In the data of the 120 patients receiving pneumonectomy,43 cases had postoperative short-term cough, accounting for 35.83%.while 77 had no cough, accounting for 64.17%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female,no smoking history, preoperative cough and right lobe surgery were the important factors affecting the occurrence of short-term cough after pneumonectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence rate of short-term cough after pneumonectomy is high.Female,no smoking history, preoperative cough and right lobe surgery are important factors affecting the occurrence of short-term cough after pneumonectomy.Targeted preventive measures should be taken in clinical practice to alleviate the pain of patients.
