With the continuous development of medical technology,people are constantly pursuing more accurate and efficient diagnostic methods for colorectal cancer.Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),as important biomarkers for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer,have received widespread attention in recent years.This article mainly starts with VEGF,TPS and CEA,and reviews the research progress on the role of serum vascular endothelial VEGF,TPSA and CEA in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
