Clinical Efficacy of Qishen Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 60 CHF patients with heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were selected from the Inpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Qishen Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,quality of life,related indexes before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,re-hospitalization condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the health survey scale(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,B type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of re-hospitalization and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome CHF can effectively reduce clinical symptoms of patients,improve ventricular remodeling,improve heart pumping ability,improve heart function and exercise tolerance,improve quality of life and clinical efficacy,improve long-term prognosis of patients,and have high safety.
