Effect of Celeoxib Capsules Combined with Mecobalamine Tablets in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation and Its Influence on Lumbar Function and Pain Degree
Objective:To investigate the effect of Celeoxib Capsules combined with Mecobalamine Tablets in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its influence on lumbar function and pain degree.Method:A total of 92 LDH patients admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was given Mecobalamine Tablets,and the observation group was given Celecoxib Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,lumbar function and dysfunction condition,pain degree,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the Japanese orthopaedic society rating scale(JOA)increased and the score of Oswestry disability index(ODI)decreased in both groups,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Celecoxib Capsules and Methylocobalamin Tablets in LDH patients can enhance clinical efficacy,improve lumbar spine function,reduce pain,relieve inflammation reaction,and have a good safety profile.
