Influence of Qingwei Xiexin Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Helicobacter Pylori Positive Gastric Ulcer Patients
Objective:To analyze the influence of Qingwei Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer patients.Method:A total of 120 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer admitted to Pucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine group and single western medicine group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The single western medicine group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with quadruple therapy combined with Qingwei Xiexin Decoction.The clinical efficacy,gastric mucosa index,gastric mucosa condition and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 91.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the single western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in both groups were increased,and the levels of EGF and EGFR in traditional Chinese and western medicine group were higher than those in single western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of belching,acid regurgitation and stomach distension in both groups were decreased,and the scores of belching,acid regurgitation and stomach distension in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in the single western medicine group group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,glandular morphology,inflammatory cell infiltration degree,glandular density and mucosal thickness change scores were decreased in both groups,and glandular morphology,inflammatory cell infiltration degree,glandular density and mucosal thickness change scores in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in the single western medicine group group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingwei Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect of Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer patients,and improve the gastric mucosal function.
