Objective:To explore the effects of Maikangning Capsules combined with Fasudil on patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery.Method:A total of 116 patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=58)and study group(n=58)according to random number table method.The control group was given Fasudil after surgery,and the study group was given Maikangning Capsules on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function,vascular endothelial function,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the D-dimer(D-D)level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)of the study group were longer than those of the control group,the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maikangning Capsules combined with Fasudil can improve the coagulation function of patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery,reduce the inflammatory reaction,protect the vascular endothelial function of patients,and reduce the happen of complications.
