Effect of Zhibeng Prescription in the Treatment of Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective:To explore the effect of Zhibeng Prescription in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.Method:A total of 61 patients with anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected. They were divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(31 cases)according to random number table method. Both group were given the conventional anti-anemia treatment.Group A was given Gongxuening Capsules, and group B was given Zhibeng Prescription. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and coagulation function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of waist and knee soreness, dry mouth and pharyngeal dryness, dizziness and tinnitus, night sweat and hot flush were decreased in both groups, while the scores of waist and knee soreness, dry mouth and pharyngeal dryness, dizziness and tinnitus, night sweat and hot flush in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment, thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were shortened, fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)levels were increased in both groups,TT and APTT in group B were shorter than those in group A,and FIB and D-D levels were higher than those in group A,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhibeng Prescription is more effective in the treatment of patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding, which can effectively alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improve coagulation function.
