Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Transdermal Medication Therapy on Patients after Caesarean Section Surgery of Lower Uterus
Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine directional transdermal medication therapy on patients after caesarean section surgery of lower uterus.Method:A total of 557 patients after caesarean section surgery of lower uterus were selected from May 3,2022 to June 27,2023 in the First Hospital of Sanming.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(280 cases)and study group(277 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine directional transdermal medication therapy on the basis of the control group.The occurrence condition of abdominal distension,treatment satisfaction,gastrointestinal function recovery condition,comfort degree,and psychological state before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic operation,therapeutic effect,therapeutic safety scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological,environmental and sociocultural scores of the two groups were increased,and the physiological,psychological,environmental and sociocultural scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were reduced,and the scores of SAS and SDS of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal medication treatment for the patients after cesarean section surgery lower uterine can reduce the incidence of abdominal distension,promote postoperative recovery,improve comfort degree and relieve negative emotions.
