Expression of Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Subsets Detection in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective:To analyze the expression of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 88 patients with NSCLC who treated in the Oncology Department of Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from March to October 2023 were selected as the study group, the patients in the study group were divided into the adenocarcinoma group(n=41)and the squamous cell carcinoma group(n=47)according to the pathological classification, the patients in the study group were divided into stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ group(n=46)and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ group(n=42)according to the clinical stage. In addition,88 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected and compared between the study group and the control group, the adenocarcinoma group and the squamous cell carcinoma group, stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ group and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ group.Result:Compared with the control group, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were significantly lower, while the level of CD8+was significantly higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+between the adenocarcinoma group and the squamous cell carcinoma group, stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ group and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with healthy people, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in NSCLC patients are lower, while CD8+is higher;there are no significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ patients.
