Effect of Continuous Nursing under Multidisciplinary Assistance on Patients after Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective:To analyse the effect of continuous nursing under multidisciplinary assistance on patients after lung cancer surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients after lung cancer surgery who were admitted to the College of Oncology Clinical Medicine,Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by double blind seal method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional continuous nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing under multidisciplinary assistance.Fatigue condition,pain condition,quality of life and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,the physical fatigue,mental fatigue,power decline,activity reduction,and comprehensive fatigue score were decreased in the two groups,the physical fatigue,mental fatigue,power decline,and activity reduction and comprehensive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the current pain score,the average pain score,the lowest and highest pain scores in the past 24 h,and the pain relief score after pain treatment in the past 24 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the social/family status,emotional status,physiological status,functional status,additional attention scores,doctor-patient relationship and total scores of both groups were increased,and the social/family status,emotional status,physiological status,functional status,additional attention scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,self-stress reduction and self-decision making in both groups were increased,and the scores of positive attitude,self-stress reduction and self-decision making in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous nursing under multidisciplinary assistance can improve the quality of life of patients after lung cancer surgery,reduce the degree of fatigue and pain degree,and promote patient recovery.
