Influence of Xuduan Jiegu Decoction Combined with Lower Limb Washing Formula Number Ⅱ Fumigation on Postoperative Patients with Knee Joint Fracture
Objective:To analyze the influence of Xuduan Jiegu Decoction combined with Lower Limb Washing Formula Number Ⅱ fumigation on postoperative patients with knee joint fracture.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients with knee joint fracture admitted to Siming Campus,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given fumigation with Lower Limb Washing Formula Number Ⅱ,and the observation group was given Xuduan Jiegu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Knee pain degree,knee swelling degree,inflammatory factors before and after 1 week of treatment,knee joint function and quality of life before and after 8 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 week of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and knee swelling degree of both groups were decreased,and the VAS score and knee swelling degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;after 8 weeks of treatment,Lysholm score of both groups was increased,and Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α and PCT in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,social function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,vitality and overall health of both groups were increased,and the scores of physiological function,physiological function,social function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,vitality and overall health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuduan Jiegu Decotion and Lower Limb Washing Formula Number Ⅱ fumigation can alleviate postoperative pain and knee swelling in patients with knee joint fractures,promote rapid recovery of knee joint function,control inflammatory reactions in the body,and ultimately improve quality of life.
