Application Effect of Sacral Nerve Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Biofeedback in FSD Patients with Postpartum Sexual Pain as the Main Manifestation
Objective:To explore the application effect of sacral nerve magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback in female sexual dysfunction(FSD)patients with postpartum sexual pain as the main manifestation.Method:A total of 200 FSD patients with postpartum sexual pain as the main manifestation who admitted to Bijie City Qixingguan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, the subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different rehabilitation treatment schemes, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine pelvic floor function rehabilitation, and the observation group was treated with sacral nerve magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback. The pelvic floor muscle strength score, sexual function score, pelvic floor myoelectric value and estrogen level were compared between two groups.Result:The pelvic floor muscle strength scores of the observation group at 15 d and 30 d of treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the female sexual function index(FSFI)score of the observation group at 30 d of treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the normal proportion of pelvic floor electromyography and the levels of estradiol, progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacral nerve magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength score, sexual function score, normal proportion of pelvic floor electromyography and estrogen level in FSD patients with postpartum sexual pain as the main manifestation.
