At present,laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in the surgical treatment of various gynecological benign diseases,and it can also obtain obvious therapeutic effects.However,because laparoscopic surgery may cause pain by disturbing the pelvic reproductive system due to skin incision and visceral traction.Some patients may even progress to persistent chronic pain due to poor control of postoperative pain symptoms,ultimately adversely affecting the long-term prognosis.In recent years,clinical findings that such patients can improve pain degree.In order to further analyze the application value of sacral ligament block,it is of great clinical significance to review and analyze its research progress.
