摘要
退行性腰椎滑脱症(DS)即无峡部崩裂的椎体滑脱,系由于椎间盘退变、关节突磨损、软组织病理性改变后,逐渐发生滑脱,又称假性滑脱.最常见表现为腰部和腿部的疼痛,多见于中老年女性.本文主要从中医手法、中医针灸治疗、针刀治疗、中药治疗、拔罐、刮痧等其他综合治疗及中医综合疗法治疗及其作用机制进行综述,为DS的中医药治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DS),also known as pseudospondylolisthesis,refers to the gradual occurrence of spondylolisthesis without isthmus rupture,caused by intervertebral disc degeneration,joint wear,and pathological changes in soft tissue.The most common manifestation is pain in the waist and legs,which is more common in middle-aged and elderly women.This article mainly reviews other comprehensive treatments such as traditional Chinese medicine manipulation,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,acupotomy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,cupping,scraping,etc.,as well as traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment and its mechanism of action,providing a reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DS.
