Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Assisted with Tiggio and Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection assisted with Tiggio and Oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 400 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to the Cancer Center of Chinese People's Liberation Army Eastern Theater Command General Hospital from September 2018 to September 2023.They were divided into control group(n=200)and observation group(n=200)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with Tiggio and Oxaliplatin,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basics of control group.The clinical efficacy,tumor markers,immune function,quality of life before treatment and after 4 courses of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The objective remission rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the levels of cancer antigen 125(CA125),neuron specific enolase(NSE),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and tissue polypeptide-specific antigen(TPS)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of CA125,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and TPS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were decreased in both groups,and CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the physical,physiological,psychological and social scores of the two groups were increased,and the physical,physiological,psychological and social scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidences of nausea and vomiting,myelosuppression,diarrhea and neurotoxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with advanced gastric cancer,Shenqi Fuzheng Injection assist with Tiggio and Oxaliplatin treatment has significant therapeutic effect,which can reduce the level of serum tumor markers,improve immune function,improve quality of life and drug safety.
