Clinical Effect of Bufei Huayu Tongluo Decoction Combined with Salbutamol in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei Huayu Tongluo Decoction combined with Salbutamol in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 260 COPD patients admitted to Qianxinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,130 cases in each group.The control group was given Salbutamol Sulfate Solution for Inhalation,and the observation group was given Bufei Huayu Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index,inflammatory factor,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,blood gas index,quality of life before and after treatment and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough and phlegm,wheezing,chest tightness and shortness of breath and excessive phlegm viscosity in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the disease impact,mobility,respiratory symptoms and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Huayu Tongluo Decoction combined with Salbutamol can improve the therapeutic effect of COPD,correct the abnormal blood gas,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the lung damage of patients,and is safe and reliable.
