Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Method:Ninety patients with cerebral infarction who admitted to Putian University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients were given routine treatment, the control group was treated with Butylphthalide, and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit, cerebral hemodynamics and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the observation group at 10 d,20 d of treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the average cerebral blood flow velocity and physiological, psychological, social and environmental scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher after treatment, the hematocrit and fibrinogen of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a significant therapeutic effect, which can improve the degree of neurological deficits and cerebral hemodynamics, and enhance quality of life.
