Effect of Li Yao Jiulong Zhike Xunxi Powder on Pain Degree and Wound Recovery of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of Li Yao Jiulong Zhike Xunxi Powder on pain degree and wound recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Method:A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy who treated in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of Hainan Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was given Li Yao Jiulong Zhike Xunxi Powder for fumigation,and the control group was given Gallnut Decoction for fumigation.The pain degree,wound edema at 3 d,7 d and 14 d after operation and wound healing time were compared between two groups.Result:The pain scores and wound edema scores of the study group at 3 d,7 d and 14 d after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Li Yao Jiulong Zhike Xunxi Powder can effectively relieve the pain degree,wound edema and shorten the wound healing time of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.
