Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate Inhalation Aerosol Combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate Inhalation Aerosol combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 88 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Xiaogan City from January to October 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into routine group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The routine group was given Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate Inhalation Aerosol,and the observation group was given Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets on the basis of control group.The pulmonary function,airway remodeling indexes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)/FVC%in both groups were increased,and FVC,PEF and FEV1/FVC%in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ratio of airway wall thickness to outer diameter(TDR)and airway area to total cross-sectional area(WA)were decreased in both groups,and the TDR and WA in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate Inhalation Aerosol combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets can significantly improve lung function and resist airway remodeling.
