Influence of Transnasal Intestinal Obstruction Catheter Combined with Octreotide Injection for Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction
Objective:To investigate the influence of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Octreotide Injection for gastrointestinal function of patients with inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Method:A total of 90 patients with inflammatory intestinal obstruction in who treated in Fuzhou Changle People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Octreotide Injection, the observation group was treated with transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Octreotide Injection. The total effective rate of treatment, improvement time of gastrointestinal related symptoms and signs(improvement time of abdominal pain and distension, recovery time of bowel sounds, exhaust and defecation time),gastrointestinal hormones[vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)]and intestinal mucosal barrier[diamine oxidase(DAO),endotoxin(ET)and D-lactic acid(D-Lac)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time of gastrointestinal related symptoms and signs were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal mucosal barrier between two groups(P>0.05);after 3 d and 5 d of treatment, the VIP,DAO,ET and D-Lac in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the MTL and GAS in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Octreotide Injection in patients with inflammatory intestinal obstruction is better, and it can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function.
