Effect of Motivational Psychology Combined with Early Rehabilitation Exercise on Patients with Aortic Dissection after Operation
Objective:To explore the effect of motivational psychology combined with early rehabilitation exercise on patients with aortic dissection after operation.Method:A total of 70 patients who treated in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method,they were divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given motivational psychology combined with early rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,coping style and self-efficacy before and after intervention were compared between two groups,and the postoperative recovery and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),avoidance and yield in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower,the scores of confrontation,positive attitude,self-decompression,self-decision in the two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the indwelling time of tracheal intubation and ICU stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motivational psychology combined with early rehabilitation exercise can improve the psychological state of patients with aortic dissection after operation,make them actively respond to disease,improve self-management efficiency,reduce complications,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
