Effect of Multimodal Stratified Psychological Nursing on Maternity with Painless Labor
Objective:To explore the effect of multimodal stratified psychological nursing on maternity with painless labor.Method:A total of 103 maternity with painless delivery admitted to Xinglin Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52)according to random method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multimodal stratified psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.Labor process time,anxiety,depression and fear of labor before and after nursing,and labor outcome were compared between the two groups.Result:The first stage,second stage and third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were decreased in both groups,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of fetal health,childbirth hurt,self-control and medical care in both groups were decreased,and the scores of fetal health,childbirth hurt,self-control and medical care in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 5.77%,which was lower than 19.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal stratified psychological nursing can effectively shorten the labor time of maternity with painless labor,improve their psychological state,and reduce the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes.
