Application Effect of Personalized Nursing Service in the Blood Collection Process of Unpaid Blood Donors
Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing service in the blood collection process of unpaid blood donors.Method:A total of 89,195 unpaid blood donors received by Longyan Central Blood Station from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(44,270 cases)and observation group(44,925 cases)according to random number table method. The control group adopted traditional nursing in the blood collection process, and the observation group implemented personalized nursing service in the blood collection process. The degree of pain, comfort, negative emotions, adverse reactions, satisfaction with nursing services and willingness to donate blood again were compared between the two groups.Result:The numerical rating scales(NRS)score of the observation group was(2.32±0.47)points,which was lower than(3.16±0.42)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological comfort, environmental comfort and social support comfort in the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of state anxiety, trait anxiety in status-trait anxiety questionnaire(STAI)and fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood collection technology, consultation process, service attitude, continuous service and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The willingness rate of re-blood donation in observation group(90.25%)was higher than that in control group(89.16%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=28.617,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of personalized nursing service in the process of blood collection of unpaid blood donors is helpful to relieve pain and anxiety, enhance comfort level, reduce adverse reactions, have high nursing service satisfaction, and increase the willingness rate of blood donation again.
