Application of Cervical Lifting Combined with Circular Butterfly Suturing of Lower Segment of Uterus in Cesarean Section with Placenta Previa
Objective:To explore the application effect of cervical lifting combined with circular butterfly suturing of lower segment of uterus in cesarean section with placenta previa.Method:A total of 120 pregnant women with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section in Bijie Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(low B-Lynch suture)and the study group(cervical lifting combined with circular butterfly suturing of lower segment of uterus)according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The coagulation function, postpartum hemorrhage and adverse events were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the coagulation function between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet count(PLT)in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the study group were less than those in the control group, the time of hemostasis was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical lifting combined with circular butterfly suturing of lower segment of uterus in patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa can improve coagulation function, control postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
