瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减联合穴位按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积性乳腺炎的效果

摘要
目的:探究瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减联合穴位按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积性乳腺炎的效果.方法:选择2019年1月—2023年10 月尤溪县中医医院收治的 103 例产后乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=53).对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减联合穴位按摩.比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、炎症因子、中医证候积分、乳房疼痛程度.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为 98.11%,高于对照组的 88.00%,乳房肿块消失、体温恢复、乳汁分泌通畅、乳房疼痛消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平低于对照组,发热红肿、畏寒无力、乳头溢液、体温升高评分及视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减联合穴位按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积性乳腺炎效果显著.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of effect of modified Gualou Niubang Decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum milk stasis mastitis.Method:A total of 103 patients with postpartum milk stasis mastitis who admitted to Youxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given modified Gualou Niubang Decoction combined with acupoint massage.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and breast pain degree were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.11%,which was higher than 88.00%in the control group,the times of disappearance of breast lumps,recovery of body temperature,unobstructed milk secretion and disappearance of breast pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of white blood cell(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of fever,redness and swelling,chills and weakness,nipple discharge,elevated body temperature and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified Gualou Niubang Decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum milk stasis mastitis is significant.
