Effect of Integrated Medical Care Program on COPD Patients Complicated with Respiratory Failure Treated by Noninvasive Ventilator
Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated medical care program on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients complicated with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator.Method:A total of 88 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator in Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were regarded as the observation objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group implemented the routine nursing program. The observation group used integrated medical care program. The compliance rate of noninvasive ventilator treatment, treatment total effective rate, blood gas analysis related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The compliance rate of noninvasive ventilator treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated medical care program in COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure treated by interventional noninvasive ventilator can improve the compliance behavior of patients, improve the treatment effect and improve the related indexes of blood gas analysis.
