摘要
国内对直肠神经内分泌肿瘤(RNEN)的诊治已有极大进展,但在诊断指标、治疗及随访方案的选择上仍有争议,本文通过对国内外权威指南及最新研究进行总结并形成综述,为临床早期诊治该病提供参考,减少漏诊和误诊.
Abstract
There has been great progress in the diagnosis and treatment of rectal neuroendocrine tumors(RNEN)in China,but there is still controversy in the selection of diagnostic indicators,treatment,and follow-up plans.This article summarizes and forms a review of authoritative guidelines and the latest research at home and abroad,providing reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,reducing missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
