Latest Research Progress on Immune Mechanism in Preeclampsia
Preeclampsia is a common obstetric disease leading to severe maternal and maternal complications, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been defined.Placental ischemia and hypoxia is one of the most important pathophysiological mechanisms. The maternal-fetal interface recruits many immune cells, and the innate immunity and adaptive immunity jointly participate in the immune tolerance at the maternal-fetal interface, and regulate the immune response through immune cells, cytokines, etc. The break of immune tolerance and immune imbalance cause abnormal inflammation, which causes the insufficient trophoblast cell invasion and the disorder of spiral artery remodeling, leading to placental ischemia and hypoxia.Interleukin-9(IL-9)and interleukin-27(IL-27)are recently discovered immune cytokines, which are involved in the immune regulation and other pathological mechanisms of preeclampsia. This article mainly summarized the latest research progress on the immune mechanism and related immune factors of preeclampsia in recent years.
