Clinical Effect of Shuxuening combined with Edaravone Dexcamphorol in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuxuening combined with Edaravone dexcamphorol injection on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 60 cases of cerebral infarction were selected from January to June 2023 in the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City,and the onset time was within 48 hours.According to random number table method,the cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was given Shuxuening injection combined with Edaravone dexcamphorol,and the control group was given Edaravone dexcamphorol.The course of treatment was 14 days.Neurological deficits were assessed according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the patient dependence was evaluated by the ADL,the whole blood viscosity was detected by automatic whole blood analyzer,and the CysC and Hcy levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Result:After treatment,all patients had lower NIHSS scores,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of all patients were improved,and the control group was lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood test indexes of all patients were reduced,and the blood indexes of CysC,Hcy,blood viscosity and other blood indexes in control group were higher than those in observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening combined with Edaravone dextrocamphorol injection can promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the levels of serum CysC and Hcy,and improve the curative effect of cerebral infarction.
