Effects of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray on Patients with Chronic Sinusitis
Objective:To investigate the effect of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsule combined with budesonide nasal spray on patients with chronic sinusitis.Method:A total of 94 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(n=47)and control group(n=47)by random number table method.5 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up,2 cases were lost to study follow-up,and 45 cases in the final study group and 42 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups were given nasal endoscopic surgery,the control group was given budesonide nasal spray intervention after surgery,and the study group was given eucalyptus,limonene pinene enteric soft capsules on the basis of the control group.Nasal mucociliary transport velocity and function score[Nasal mucosal structure(Lund-Mackay)score,Sinusoidal Outcomes Test-20(SNOT-20)score]were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,Lund-Mackay score,SNOT-20 score of the study group were lower,the nasal mucociliary transmission speed was faster,1 year after the end of the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsule combined with budesonide nasal spray can effectively relieve the inflammation level of chronic sinusitis,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the nasal mucociliary transmission speed,and improve the therapeutic effect.
