洛铂与顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶在胃肠道肿瘤肝转移介入治疗中的临床应用价值探究

摘要
目的:分析洛铂与顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)在胃肠道肿瘤肝转移介入治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年2 月—2022 年 2 月中国人民解放军南部战区海军第一医院收治的 60 例胃肠道肿瘤伴有肝脏转移患者,随机分配为两组,各30 例.对照组采取 5-FU联合顺铂治疗,观察组应用洛铂与 5-FU联合治疗,对比治疗效果.结果:经过治疗后发现,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清肿瘤标志物检测值比较,观察组优于对照组,癌观察组的因性疼痛评分、癌因性疲乏评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于胃肠道肿瘤肝转移介入治疗中采取洛铂与 5-FU联合治疗,能够有效提升治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of loplatin and cisplatin combined with fluorouracil(5-FU)in interventional therapy of liver metastasis of gastrointestinal tumors.Method:From February 2021 to February 2022,60 patients with gastrointestinal tumors accompanied by liver metastasis in the hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 5-FU combined with cisplatin,while the observation group was treated with loplatin combined with 5-FU.The therapeutic effect was compared.Result:After treatment,it was found that the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the serum tumor marker detection value of the two groups before and after treatment was better than that of the control group,the score of pain and fatigue due to cancer in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of loplatin and fluorouracil in the interventional therapy of liver metastasis of gastrointestinal tumors can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
