Effect of Flexible Ureteroscopy and Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy on the Level of Inflammatory Index and Renal Function in Patients with Stones
Objective:To analyze the effects of FURL and PCNL on the level of inflammatory indexes and renal function in calculus patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with lithiasis admitted to the North District of Suzhou City Hospital from 2020 to 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(using PCNL)and observation group(using FURL),with 40 cases in each group.The inflammatory indexes,renal function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the inflammatory index of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,Scr and UREA levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with PCNL,FURL patients have lower inflammatory index level and faster renal function recovery.
