Effect of Focused Psychological Nursing Care Combined with Acceptance and Commitment Concept Nursing Care on Cancer-related Fatigue,Self-Efficacy and Psychological Status of Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients
Objective:To explore the effects of focused psychological care combined with acceptance and commitment nursing on cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy and psychological status of postoperative breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 76 postoperative patients with breast cancer treated in Macheng Second People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by convenient sampling method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with focused psychological nursing joint acceptance and commitment concept nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS),General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)were collected and analyzed before and after the intervention.Result:There was no significant difference in the scores of CFS,GSES and HADS between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of CFS and HADS were lower than those before intervention in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).While scores of GSES were higher than those before intervention in both groups,and the scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused psychological care combined with acceptance and commitment concept care can effectively improve cancer-caused fatigue and psychological status of postoperative breast cancer patients,and enhance patients'self-efficacy.
